The idea is that focusing on what you want, especially in such a consistent and repetitive way, you might help your brain subconsciously find a way to what it’s looking for, magnetising the right things into your life.

Be grateful

Gratitude helps towards the success of your manifestations by opening up your mind to the idea that anything is possible.

Being grateful for the wonderful things that we already have magnetises the positive energy that you need to convert your ideas into reality.

As you begin to start seeing the changes that you have asked the universe for, be sure to write down your gratitude for them. The energy that you put out into the universe does come back to you.
