Heather and Chris at the Garden Village Garage have a message for the people of North Cardiff, about how the 5 star rated garage is changing and adapting to become more of an asset to the community
The Garden Village Garage has been in the heart of the North Cardiff community since 2012 but if any business is to survive, it must also learn to adapt in order to grow. Over the years we’ve learned plenty about your needs and how best to serve the Rhiwbina community and local surrounding areas. That’s why this year, we’ve made some major changes at the Garden Village Garage.
As a member of the community, you may be aware that there have been management changes at The Garden Village Garage. However, for you and your car, not much has changed as we have retained our original specialist mechanic Chris, and remain in our premises in the heart of the village.
The changes we have made are positive. We’ve listened to you and overhauled our business focus based on what you say you want from the garage. While you can still request our contactless service, our door is always open, whether you want free tyre air, to know the ins and outs of E10 petrol, or just to book your MOT or service. Our video reporting is staying, we know you love it, but now valets and extras will only be done on request as we trim down our pricing in line with our new ‘local garage’ ethos.
If you are one of our Jaguar customers, there’s no need to worry – we’re still offering the specialist Jaguar service you have always enjoyed.
As a lifelong resident of the area, I’d also like to take this chance to thank everyone for their support over the last year of change, and welcome the opportunity to look after your motoring requirements in the future.
