Win a family ticket to see The Nutcracker

What better way is there to get in the Christmas spirit than to enjoy a world class ballet with your loved ones at St David’s Hall?

We’ve got the festive season all wrapped up at the National Concert Hall of Wales with THREE enchanting productions performed for the first time ever in Cardiff by the Varna International Ballet & Orchestra in partnership with Raymond Gubbay Ltd.

Our captivating series starts in style with the exquisite Coppélia (Saturday 17th – Sunday 18th December), which tells the charming story of life in a doll-maker’s workshop. This light-hearted tale of mistaken identity and confused lovers is ideal for first-time ballet-goers.

Then it’s time for the whole family to enjoy the festive favourite, The Nutcracker (Monday 19th – Saturday 24th Dec). Get ready to be swept off to a mysterious place where nothing is quite as it seems. Watch with astonishment as toys spring to life, and the treacherous Mouse King battles the handsome Nutcracker Prince.

After Christmas it’s the greatest romantic ballet of all time, Swan Lake (Tuesday 27th – Saturday 31st December), which features Tchaikovsky’s haunting score. From the majesty of the palace ballroom to moonlit lakes, this compelling tale of tragic romance has it all.

We have the perfect pre-Christmas treat for Living Magazines readers too with a Family Ticket for 4 up for grabs to the festive favourite, The Nutcracker on Friday 23rd December at 2pm!
