Is there any need for this in Rhiwbina?

Please could I appeal through your columns to ask for a little consideration from drivers parking in the village and outside our houses. This photo represents just a few that I have taken recently in Rhiwbina.

Apart from causing damage to the local environment, it is just so unnecessary as parking is available in the road. Strangely, the bin men with their huge vehicles, never find the need to encroach on the grass.
