Free Alzheimer’s Workshop in Cardiff

Cardiff-based senior care company Home Instead are running a free educational workshop for those caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementias.
As we live longer, 1 in 3 of us will develop dementia in our lifetimes. It is estimated that about 10,000 people have dementia in Cardiff & Vale.
The workshop will cover:
- Understand the causes and symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias
- Discover how “Capture Life’s Journey can help you and others provide the best care for your loved one
- Care for yourself while caring for a loved one
The workshop runs from 9.30am to 12pm on Thursday 23rd May.
