Whitchurch and Llandaff Living Issue 28 – Read it Here
Who’s looking forward to the World Cup? To be honest, football’s not really our cup of tea. Apart from when it comes to the World Cup. I’m not sure whether it’s because it reminds us of being kids, or whether it’s because this is a competition to find out who really is the best team in the world. Yes. The world. That’s a big deal. As a viewer of course, you don’t need to worry about the stresses of being the best in the world. So we’ve put together some easy recipes that even Dad can do, to help you sit down and watch the best pit themselves against the best. If that floats your boat, skip the entire magazine and head straight to page 30. If football’s not your thing, we’ve got plenty more to keep you reading. Discover the 100-year history of Whitchurch Golf Club on page 8. On page 15, we speak to Cardiff-born actress Tiffany Ceri, who is currently in Los Angeles making a name for herself. On page 16, meet Lewis Fackrell, who took the photograph that graces our front cover. Lewis is a photographer and actor, whose images we have used on our front cover several times. On page 17, we had the pleasure of meeting British star of screen and stage, Brian Conley, who reminisces of living in Cardiff and his local pub! There’s plenty more to read including our regular Pets’ Page and our community news section. We’re off for a short break away before we’re back for our high summer (I know – can you believe it?) issue. Catch you soon. Patric and Danielle (editors)
