Rhiwbina’s Cartwright Travel has been named as the Top Travel Agency in Wales.
The agency beat off stiff competition from four other high street agent finalists to take the trophy hosted by the renowned Travel Trade Gazette.
TTG’s Top 50 Travel Agencies list was revealed in a ceremony in Birmingham after an extensive judging process, which saw agents rated by tour operators and other suppliers, and assessed by travel trade journalists.

“Our search for the nation’s best travel agents has taken us the length and breadth of the country, where we’ve uncovered countless stories of brilliant agents going the extra mile for their customers, giving great value, and serving their communities.
“What our new Top 50 list shows is that travel retailing in 2016 is a vibrant and successful business sector, and that – particularly on the high street – agents continue to prove their worth by delivering phenomenal customer service to their customers.
“We had our work cut out to decide the winners from a huge list of 500 contenders, and the 80 stores and businesses that made it to the shortlist stage should be extremely proud. Huge congratulations to every agency that earned a place on our prestigious list.”
