Big Green Egg taxi and cooking demos at Topstak Open Day

Popular family-run business, Topstak, will be holding an Open Day at their Vale of Glamorgan showroom on November 25, 10am-4pm.
There will be a fantastic array of range cookers on display, including Everhot, Esse and Aga – for whom Topstak became the exclusive south Wales distributor earlier this year. Electric range cookers are also available, and this flexible option has generated a revival in interest in this style of stove, as has the glorious new choices of colour.
One of Esse’s expert chefs will be on hand to give cooking demonstrations on the stunning electric range.
The Big Green Egg, beloved of chefs throughout the land, will be on display too, along with the fabled Big Green Egg taxi. Cooking demons will take place during the day, and there will be plenty of great ideas on how to cook roasts, puddings, pizzas and vegetables on this versatile outdoor cooker.
Topstak’s hugely successful range of wood burning stoves, both traditional and contemporary, are also on display, and many are alight, so it’s easy to see how much welcome heat they pump out in a room.
The festive season is almost upon us, and there will be Christmas trees for sale, from Gower Christmas trees, as well as Christmas gifts.
And if you fancy a snack, cake, or light lunch, the Gallery Café will be open all day serving delicious home-made food.
