The South Wales Lupus Group is raising funds for this little-known and incurable disease at on Saturday July 12th, from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
It’s estimated that there are 30,000 Lupus sufferers in the UK. That’s just 5 in 10,000 people – 90% of whom are female. Research into new treatments is desperately needed.
This will be the South Wales Lupus Group’s first local fundraising day to support sufferers of this rare disease and to help with research into new treatments.
There’ll be fun for all the family plus food and entertainment, and the chance to win prizes and pick up a bargain. There will be games, a bouncy castle, car washing, stalls, refreshments, face and nail painting, hair braiding, live music, a tombola and even a puppet show at 11am.
Head to Llanishen Baptist Church, Fidlas Road, Llanishen, Cardiff CF14 5LZ, this Saturday, for a few hours of fun!
