Northwood Cardiff: 20 years in the making

Northwood Cardiff of Rhiwbina Village recently celebrated a fantastic 20 years in business in May 2022, having had a home in North Cardiff since the company was launched.
The team celebrated by holding a birthday party to raise money for local charity Hollibobs with several competitions and games being run – highlights being a golden ticket hunt in the village. Flossy’s facepainting was on hand for the kids with cakes from Dotty Cupcakes also being given out.
This family-run estate and letting agency was established in 2002 on Whitchurch Road and has offered full management services and guaranteed rental incomes for landlords in Cardiff and South Wales from the start with the business expanding into Residential Sales in 2014.
Following continued growth and acquisition, Northwood moved into their current premises on Heol-y- Deri in 2019 and is now led by local husband and wife team Ben and Kate Gwinnutt.
