As autumn sets in, Cardiff’s hubs and libraries are once again opening their doors to offer a warm, safe, and welcoming space for anyone feeling the pinch of rising costs.

Residents are welcome to drop into their local hub or library during regular opening hours to enjoy a comfortable environment where they can have a hot drink and light snack, relax, connect with others, read, and access a wide range of support services.

Visitors can also get involved in the wide range of events and activities that take place in hubs and libraries across the city each week.

Digital support is also available to help people get online, get to grips with their devices, and learn new skills.

The Warm Welcome initiative continues to provide vital help to those facing financial pressures, particularly during the colder months. Visitors to the spaces will also be able to access advice and support on housing, benefits like Pension Credit, debt support, or information on grants and discounts.
