If you need something to look forward to as we head into the warmer months, local women’s fashion store Calon Rhiwbeina is holding a series of fashion shows this spring – and all in the name of charity.
The popular boutique has held many fashion shows over the last few years, raising much-needed funds for local charities.
Owner Kath Smith told Living Magazines:
“This season, we’re hosting a series of fashion shows to showcase our new collections and to raise money for local causes.
“Our shows promise a relaxed and fun way to spend a couple of hours, while helping to raise money for a good cause at the same time. Our models are real women, of all ages and shapes, who have kindly volunteered to bring our collections to life – and help inspire your next wardrobe for the coming seasons.”
Calon Rhiwbeina first opened their doors in 2014 and has become the go-to place for seasonal women’s fashion in the area.
The forthcoming season’s shows are as follows:
Friday 20th March – Canolfan Beulah supporting Breast Cancer Now (7.30pm)
Friday 1st May – All Saints Church Hall supporting their Parish Fundraiser (7.30pm)
Tickets are available in-store from Calon Rhiwbeina, which you can find on Lôn Fach in Rhiwbina, just off Heol-y-Deri.
